ALAN BARR
Alan Barr has consulted with US and European companies undergoing
organizational transformation since 1981. He provides organizations
and their leadership with an effective holistic process for change.
Mr. Barr offers leadership coaching on how to initiate and maintain
the change process to ensure acceptance and engagement from the
whole organization. He addresses implementation planning and coaching
to ensure smooth transition to new organizational structures. Mr.
Barr lectures and gives interactive workshops in organizational
culture, organizational learning, organizational change and organizational/team/individual
performance. He is adjunct faculty at several colleges and universities
and belongs to several professional associations such as the American
Society for Training and Development, the Midwest Society for Organizational
Learning, and the Society for Organizational Learning.
LANNY WHITE
Lanny White has over twenty years experience as a change agent
and consultant. His expertise in organizational assessment and process
change has served companies and their leadership in automotive,
airline, basic manufacturing, electronic, energy, engineering and
transportation industries. He specializes in consulting interventions
including system-wide diagnoses, strategic planning, building bias
for change, resourcing for implementation, and workgroup redeployment.
Mr. White is a member of American Society for Training and Development,
The National Organization Development Network, The Organization
Development Institute and is a Registered Organization Development
Consulting Professional (RODP).
ED ROSCH
Ed Rosch is a Senior Consultant with Creative Change Associates,
Inc. Prior to entering the consulting field, Ed spent fifteen years
at a major National Laboratory. He served as lead test engineer
on large multi-agency systems tests, was the principle designer
for specialized fixtures and handling gear for a major development
project, as well as supervising dynamic test facilities and developing
high speed data acquisition systems. He also served as an internal
consultant in a variety of capacities including root cause analysis,
scenario building, and knowledge management, as well as working
with development groups on implementing virtual work. He created
the computer support policies and procedures for the California
campus including linking the local effort with the main corporate
help desk in New Mexico. He has over thirty years of computer experience
and fourteen years of experience in computer-mediated communication
including building online communities and exploring the implications
and potentials of introducing advanced technologies into the workplace.
Ed holds a Master of Human Resources and Organizational Development
degree from the University of San Francisco, has completed undergraduate
degrees in both Psychology and Mechanical Engineering, with a Manufacturing
Engineering minor, and done doctoral level work in Organizational
Systems. He has published in the areas of Organizational Development,
and Computer Aided Design, and has lectured on the graduate level.
HELEN N. ROTHBERG, Ph.D.
Helen Rothberg is a Senior Consultant with Creative Change Associates,
Inc. Dr. Rothberg's expertise spans strategic planning and behavioral
science. She customizes team building, and strategic planning seminars
for Fortune 500, high tech start-ups and not-for-profit firms. Her
noted specialty is in the fields of knowledge management and competitive
intelligence where she builds "shadow teams" and assists firms with
strategic change. Her early work with the competitive intelligence
guru Dr. Ben Gilad further extends her capabilities to running war
games and developing knowledge and competitive intelligence architectures.
Dr. Rothberg is also an associate professor of the School of Management,
Marist College, Poughkeepsie, NY. She instructs undergraduate and
graduate courses in strategic management. Her publications appear
in the Journal of Managerial Issues, Competitive Review, Competitive
Intelligence Review, Competitive Intelligence Magazine and an array
of conference proceedings and business letters. Helen N. Rothberg's
credentials include an MBA from Baruch College, CUNY, and M.Phil.
from City University Graduate Center, and a dual Ph.D. in Business
and Behavioral Science specializing in Organization and Policy Studies
from the City University Graduate Center.
JANICE CALNAN, M.ED, NCC
Janice Calnan is a Senior Consultant with Creative Change Associates,
Inc. She is an author, speaker, coach and a specialist in Leadership
Development, innovation, quality and human change inside organizations.
She coaches executives and operational managers to help them develop
high performing teams who in turn improve quality processes. Janice
offers a blend of four professional careers, a deep understanding
of how change happens, and a track record that demonstrates her
ability to work with executives, managers and employees together
so they can jointly design and implement appropriate culture changes
for their organization. Janice is a McGill University (Montreal)
graduate. She completed The Planned Change Internship in Ann Arbor
MI that was conducted by Ron Lippitt, co-founder of NTL and Kathleen
Dannemiller, designer of Whole System Changeä. For three years Janice
learned about Total Quality directly from W. Edwards Deming, (Total
Quality) who helped turn the Japanese economy around. She then spent
a year with Jean Houston, a leader in human potential and global
change. Janice's work with Leadership Development has been published
in eighteen major U.S. and Canadian City newspapers. To date she
has served well over 15,000 managers and executives in the private
and public sector in both Canada and the United States. Janice is
a National Certified Counselor whose license is recognized in The
Virgin Islands, the Philippines, 42 States and parts of Europe.
Her book SHIFT - Secrets of Positive Change for Organizations and
Their Leaders by Creative Bound Publishers Inc. was released in
the Fall of 2001. Janice has written for Canada's premier High Tech
newspaper Silicon Valley NORTH and is quoted regularly in the Canadian
and U.S. media. Her popularity is growing in national journals.
